ABOUT
Circulum Homes aims to redefine the landscape of private house building by introducing a revolutionary, round, and floating design that not only captivates the imagination but also sets new standards for adaptability and efficiency. Inspired by the transformative impact of products like the iPhone and Tesla Model S, Circulum Homes seeks to be a game-changer in the private housing sector.
ROUND AND FLOATING DESIGN
The distinctive circular structure of Circulum Homes provides a unique and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The floating design not only adds a touch of modern luxury but also allows the house to be situated in various environments, adapting to different landscapes without major impact.
PRODUCTION-BASED PREFAB CORE

At the heart of Circulum Homes is a production-based prefab core. This core incorporates all essential modern house engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and smart home technologies. The prefab construction ensures consistency, quality control, and faster assembly on-site.
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
Circulum Homes integrates sustainable features, such as solar panels on the exterior, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient materials. The circular design also maximizes passive heating and cooling, reducing the reliance on traditional energy sources.

SMART LIVING ECOSYSTEM
The house is equipped with an advanced smart living ecosystem. Residents can control lighting, temperature, security, and entertainment systems through a centralized interface. Artificial intelligence algorithms optimize energy consumption based on usage patterns and external conditions
ADAPTABLE ARCHITECTURE

Circulum Homes is designed to be versatile and adaptable to diverse surroundings. The circular structure allows for 360-degree panoramic views and optimal natural light utilization. The house can be raised or lowered to adjust its height above ground, ensuring adaptability to terrain and potential flooding concerns.
